Roma Levy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Northwestern University and a Master of Science degree in molecular biology with an emphasis in chronobiology (in which she conducted independent research investigating the genetic control of circadian rhythms) at University of California, Santa Cruz.

As a medical writer and educator for Siemens Healthineers, over the past 17 years Ms. Levy has written, co-authored, or supported multiple articles, abstracts, posters, and clinical educational presentations in diverse areas, including sepsis, immunology, and infectious disease (including the underlying pathophysiology behind cytokine storm associated with COVID-19), liver fibrosis, endocrinology, fetal medicine, cardiology, and opioid addiction. Ms. Levy recently assumed the position of clinical expert for liver fibrosis and is actively involved in supporting all aspects of clinical education and publication for the ELF test, globally.
